    Pros

    Fast paced very exciting job.

    Cons

No overtime legally allowed, but average work week for all Assistant Managers was in the 50 to 60 hour a week range. During the hiring stage and training stage of operations for thousands of enumerators the average work week was well over 60 to 70 hours a week. If you asked for overtime pay it was immediate termination. Temp. position, no benefits.

    Advice to Management

This is not the job for you if you are looking to stay with a company and have any future opportunities. Of all the 50 locations that I was in contact with daily, they often pit the different managers against each other to get as much work as possible out of the employees.

    Pros

The pay was better than most for a college student. They paid for training and miles. Very easy to learn the manual.

    Cons

It could be very tedious at times. If you get bored easily then this isn't the job for you.

    Advice to Management

There was too much bureaucracy involved. Too much red tape to move up. Let the people who deserved to work, work!
