I have been working at US Army part-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

An opportunity to grow and achieve at as high a level as you want. It's up to the individual. You can be the first kid on your block with a confirmed kill!

    Cons

The army is run by the U.S. Government. This is the same organization that took control of the Bunny Ranch in Nevada, and went broke. They went broke selling sex and booze! I didn't know that was possible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't let officers interact with any of the lower enlisted. They (Officers) usually don't have any idea what they're talking about.
