“Information Systems is Challenging and Fair”
Current Employee – been working at UPS full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Assignments are challenging and offer great exposure to the many business units within the company. Growth potential narrows as you climb the ladder, but those who demonstrate excellence, perseverance, flexibility, and prudent risks are amply rewarded
Cons – Too much focus on budget management to the extent the management employees must record hours worked against internal budgets on a daily basis.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat management salaried employees as management salaried employees.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
