Former Employee - Senior Business in Weehawken, NJ (US)

I worked at UBS full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Not a lot to say about pros as my position was eliminated.

    Cons

A rough place to work if you are not a Type A overachiever, and probably rough even if you are. Layoffs every April and November; always looking for ways to cut costs at the expense of the employees. Change is constant. Difficult to move up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Figure out ways to improve morale. Stop the brain drain.
