Pros

Great company to work for, competitive pay against other banks. 5th largest bank in the US. Rising stock prices. Locations in many states.

Cons

Management is big problem in most departments at us bank. The ability to be promoted or transferred takes a very long time and is difficult to do.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make it easier to transfer internally. Instead of hiring people of the street let your loyal, hard working employees have picks of new jobs.
