I worked at Tyson Foods full-time

    Pros

    Growth, training, salary, benefits, opportunity

    Cons

Good 'ole boy mentality when it comes to promotions and pay increases, nepotism rampant among the cliques, very good at placing additional roles, responsibilities, and obligations outside your title position on the employee even to compensate for others' incompetence.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote based on performance and proven leadership, adjust salaries fairly based on performance, look at your own team from the top down for thorns
