Easy, idiot-proof, the time goes by fast.

Cons

No benefits, subcontracted company so you file your own taxes. Bogus.

    respective corporate culture, great work space facilities, growth and rotation opportunity, easy to find time for personal life

    Cons

    concervative male-oriented japaneese top management, 'convinient' environment for lazy people - not promoted but not being kicked out easily, cultural difference with japaneese management style

    Outsource more employees outside local environment. More females in the top management.
