Overall a good a experience

Consultant (Former Employee)

Pros- Consulting practitioners are very experienced and knowledgeable in their technical field
- No ego's exist compared to other Big 4 firms
- Does not require the same travel demands as other Big 4 firms

ConsTowers Watson is a relatively new public firm and is getting used to the demands of forecasting/reporting results to Wall Street. It is obvious that the culture has changed to ensuring selling and billable hours targets are achieved to ensure forecasted targets are met.

Mundane if you're in Data Services Team

    Summer Intern (Current Employee)

I have been working at Towers Watson as an intern for less than a year

Pros: The people were nice, friendly and helpful. But I interned in the data services team so my work almost entirely consisted of data cleaning which… Cons: Like I said, the work is pretty dull if you're roped in simply to work on data stuff, but… Advice to Senior Management: Create a more enriching internship program Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
