Current Employee – been working at Time full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – Great work life balance. Compensation is competitive with the industry. Management is very understanding and flexible.

Cons – The industry itself is in decline and there has not been enough innovation to stay relevant. There must be a more focused vision that should be communicated across the organization.

Advice to Senior Management – Define a realistic vision and communicate it clearly to all employees
