I have been working at Thomson Reuters full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Performance driven culture. Lot of forums for Women to help grow in company.

Cons

Working hours is not flexible. The company does provide WFH but its a mandate to work fro 8 hours excluding lunch break. If work done you cannot just go home.

    Pros

    -good entry level salary in comparison to market average
    -possibility to gain some knowledge of financial markets
    -working in a global company with a brand name
    -stable place of work
    -if someone if willing to do some extra work exceeding his day to day duties there are possibilities of getting a promotion/moving to location abroad

    Cons

    -repetitive work
    -low annual salary increases

    I worked at Thomson Reuters full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    good work around, good relationship between team-member, good training, etc.
    after I on board, I accept 4-months long training on fininal knowledge and 3000-xtra,etc.

    Cons

    it seems that there is always no changes in the worklife. The technology used is not new. The whole company looks like an old Englishman.

    encourage more innovation, more changes.
