“Great company, depending on your VP”
Former Employee – worked at The Hartford full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great standard vacation packages, which increase quickly with tenure. Fantastic set of coworkers (at least, in my office). I made several friends which I still have today, years after I left the company.
Cons – Little to no work/life balance. Dictatorial upper middle-management, with egos the size of Alaska. A little bit low for market value on salaries.
Advice to Senior Management – Simply realize that you were a proletariat once too...
