“Piranhas”
Former Employee – worked at The Buckle part-time for less than a year
Pros – the clothes and discount, that's it.
Cons – you literally badger people into trying on EVERYTHING! and you have the rule of 7. where you have to have 7 things/layers on. no one wears 4 tops!
Advice to Senior Management – let sales people sell their own way. yes you have a selling model that works for some and may be a good starting point for those who have never sold before, but please just let peoples personalities do the selling.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
