Pros

Large company
Very dynamic and diverse
Well connected
Strong history
Healthy Culture

To summarize, if you look at TI's history it should be very easy to see the kind of company it is. There is nothing hidden from you and the goals of the company are clear from the minute you walk in.

Cons

It is an older company and at times still clings to older concepts as well as large corporate mentality.

It has less of the conveniences that newer tech companies have.

Recommends
Positive Outlook
No opinion of CEO
