“Positive experience - more upside needed”
Current Employee – been working at Terremark Worldwide
Pros – Management is great about personal interaction
Great Verizon benefits
Great co-workers
Selling great products
Opportunities for moves within the company
Cons – Not enough room to advance; sales have been slow and yet they continue to hire more personnel. Management needs to stop and take a breather to assess how much growth is realistic.
Advice to Senior Management – Slow down and motivate your existing staff to sell more, before going out and hiring more personnel...makes it hard to succeed!
