I have been working at Target full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great place to start out and offers okay opportunities to advance. The team members in my store are great. Pay structure is okay.

    Cons

In my store the management can get very political and the leader doesn't seem to have control. Our store is also segmented and can be dis-functional at times due to lack of leadership.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Asking for information does not solve the problem. Taking action based on that information could solve the problem. We will never know if you don't act. Just gathering information doesn't qualify as acting.
