Pros

looks good on resume and working your way iup

Cons

People you work with sometimes might be difficult. Getting red cards is ridiculous and demanded.

    I worked at Target part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    I worked at Electronic dept. and it was great.

    Cons

    There were times where I had to rotate to different departments that was boring especially one time I was responsible in the Cosmetic dept. OMG, Im a guy and they putt me into that department.

    Give some slack for sales floors during rush hours and near or during the holidays.

    Value Employees, Set you up for success, wonderful team to work with, map out how to get to the next level in your career, every other weekend off.

    Occasional late shifts, Terminating people who you know are living pay check to paycheck.
