    Pros

Easy to schedule work around your schedule.
    Great Benefits for Part-Time employees.
Easy to increase/decrease hours and pick up shifts.

    Cons

Although this con applies to all target stores, it is only my opinion, closing time was later than I would like, especially when going to class all day before a closing shift with a test in the near future.

    Pros

Target provides great salary and benefits. Opportunity for advancement is there as long as you have a four-year degree. Mentoring is second-to-none. Top performers are rewarded while poor performers are handled appropriately. I really enjoyed my time there.

    Cons

Work schedule can brutal at times resulting in poor work/life balance. Corporate office makes a lot of decisions based more on bottom line than for the long-term effect on the company.
