Target Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Target part-time for more than a year

Pros – people i work with.
somewhat easy job.

Cons – management sucks.
rude guests all the time.
picking up after people.
never lefts you have as many hours you want or the days you want off even when request them off months ahead of time.
getting paid way too little for too much work and having to deal with awful people. min wage is not enough for this job.

Advice to Senior Management – actually listen to your employees.
