Former Employee – worked at TRG full-time for more than a year

Pros – Most Team Leaders are helpful and very considerate of their agents. The Om is a cool guy. Wished to have worked closer with him.

Cons – Some issue with the systems, IT must work on. It affects the overall productivity of the company.

Advice to Senior Management – SATMAP, I think should work well for CS accounts (only).
