I have been working at Symantec full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It's an important industry, with world-wide impact. This makes for meaningful and satisfying work if you embrace the vision of the company. I'm impressed with the top-down communication as the new CEO--Steve Bennett--makes sweeping changes to revitalize this company.. as he did with his previous companies. There is a great deal of excitement in the company about its future.

    Cons

As a large company, you may have to work hard to remain engaged with the larger vision.
