Pros

Company is good, salary is competitive and they fight for their employees when they try to leave.

Cons

but is slow on making decision at production level, no sense of criticality.

You need to be more energic with your engineers, way to soft.

    Pros

    nice pay, onsite team mates are technically good and they understand and respect indian colleagues, good work culture, work life balance, decent annual salary hikes, flat organization, bonus payout is good,

    Cons

    less onsite opportunities, have to work on same product for years,
