    Pros

Very nice people to work with. You learn a lot from other engineers.

    Cons

Not suitable for a person that is hands on. A lot of data analysis and Microsoft Excel.

  2. Was fun, everything went well, except getting a job offer in the end

    Pros

Vibrant, excellent team work, hands on experience, challenging work. You get to travel to different plants as well. People are helpful in the technology side.

    Cons

Do not appreciate talent. Hard and good working people are just let go. I worked day and night on my projects, started loving the job, was assured of a job at the time when they were offering me the internship position but never got it. I was told that they don't want someone from my background. If that was the case, they shouldn't have hired me in the first place. It is really hard getting a job outside of the company you interned with.

    Advice to Management

Check your recruitment policies. Hard working people are just let go. I did a lot of good work for which I was constantly appreciated but was not retained whatsoever.
