    Pros

Flexible hours for attorneys since there are no billable hours. They have a retirement pension program. The health insurance options are really good. The vacation/sick/personal time is generous.

    Cons

A lot of corporate programs and policies to deal with, most of which don't apply to the legal sector. Raises and bonus percentages are in the single digits. Salary base is not as high as a private firm.

    Advice to Management

Adjust salaries to be comparable to outside firms.
