“Best hospitality company to work in.”
Current Employee – been working at Starwood Hotels & Resorts full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Starhot rate! Rates for employees to stay in over 1000 sister properties around the world. Cheap and good! High internal transfer rate for promotions.
Cons – none that i can think of.
Advice to Senior Management – none that i can think of.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
