    I worked at Starbucks

    Pros

You get free coffee, and other awesome discounts

    Cons

For 9.25 and hour, the amount of abuse, physical labor, and endless rules and regulations to follow, it is not worth it

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

Great if you don't get involved in store politics

I worked at Starbucks full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Easy, great benefits even for part time, friendly coworkers, good customers.

    Cons

Low pay, expected to be available at the last minute if someone calls in, corporate places completely unreasonable expectations for a minimum wage job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend some time actually working in your stores before dictating how it should be run. Most of them have never worked behind the counter in their life, and it shows.
