    Pros

Teamwork within the finance team was very cohesive and co-workers were very supportive and smart; fast-paced environment with changing priorities (good and bad); good work-life balance

    Cons

While the overall function is large and there are opportunities for advancement/movement, career development is still very much on the individual and therefore networking is essential.

    Advice to Management

Be open to identifying more rotational opportunities at all levels

    Pros

If you like keeping busy, there are always plenty of tasks to be done and plenty of customers to serve.

    Cons

At least at my store, it's hard to work with management to get the hours I desire because the store manager (and the person who makes the schedule) is always busy.
