Proswork life balance was great and strong corporate values with a clear company objective and mission

Consunorganized, weak meritocracy which promoted a lot of "socialism" within the firm

For those who couldn't get into the major investment… Cons: performance not evaluated by the work done, but heavily from people's perception.
