    Pros

    There are many different projects, from which you can get exposed to different aspects of the bank and know many people.

    Cons

    Sometimes it is very task-oriented and you many be very busy when working here. The locations is quite far away from the city and it takes you some time to arrive the office.

    No experience with managerial level.

    In general, people are nice and approachable. Company strives to be a good corporate citizen in markets it operates in.

    Cons

    Company is very conservative. Decisions are made by consensus, thus takes a long time in this complex, matrixed organization. Frequent reorgs, which shuffle senior management around
