Former Employee – worked at Spectrum Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than a year
Pros – Nothing much. No rewards. No growth.
Cons – No rewards. No growth. Promotions are offered to employees who have good relations with the management.
Advice to Senior Management – Instead of the show up with vegas party and all, the company should pay good for the employees for all the work
