    Pros

    Solid benefit program, better than any company I have ever seen- no premiums for health/dental/vision, 150% match on 401K up to 6%, 10K per year for tuition reimbursement, bonus up to 20K, profit sharing

    Strong client base for engagements

    Great company for those who want to be part of a company, not just work there.

    Cons

    Intranet is disorganized for such a large company

    I have been working at Sogeti full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Company parties - they are sometimes fun.

    Cons

    Mandatory, after work, meetings that are boring and pointless.
    Impossible to get a bonus unless you participate in sales (even if you receive an outstanding internal and client review).
    They are far too focused on making everyone in the company the same.
    The promotion process is ridiculous and once you are promoted to manager you are required to participate even more in sales.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Learn to appreciate and reward your employees as individuals rather than spending so much effort on trying to make everyone conform to what you want them to be.
