    Pros

    As a SRC, the work can sometimes be very easy. You can take care of online tasks in between calls.

    Cons

    High stress during peak hours of the day and a management team that not only not contributes to the overall function of the department but actually impedes it.

    When volunteering at major events, there is a rare chance of being able to take a break since there are always customers needing to be served from start of event to its conclusion.
