Current Employee – been working at Sodexo full-time for more than a year

Pros – Most of your co-workers are extremely helpful. Sodexo is a family oriented company. Excellent Work Conditions and decent benefits are also a plus.

Cons – Unfortunately pay rates for some positions are lower than other companies in the same industry. Insurance is fully employee paid.

Advice to Senior Management – Help pay employee insurance, higher pay for employees that do more than what is in their job description
