“your typical community pharmacist at your service”
Current Employee – been working at Shoppers Drug Mart part-time for less than a year
Pros – It is a job and sometimes you have a great team to work with serving patients and customers
Cons – Does not feel valued as a professiona/employee
Advice to Senior Management – If you advise your associates to pay at the rate for pharmacists as you do now, you cannot expect to have good, loyal pharmacists working.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
