Pros

The organization has a relatively laid back atmosphere. Not too much pressure is placed on the day to day activities of the employees.

Cons

The organization has a myopic vision for the future, or at least as communicated to the employees from upper management. There is very little employee turnover, so many ideas are old and non-progressive.

Advice to Management

Demonstrate leadership by communicating long term plans through the ranks and acting upon stated plans.

    Pros

    Being Multi International with various products, it helps to get experience faster.

    Cons

    There is no direct link between the first level and levels below. where all the benefits and success are to the top level and all of the blames and faults are to the lower levels.
    The morals of the employees are down and loyalty versus each other is below average due to the recent management changes and actions.

    Advice to Management

    Look at yourself before looking outside and communicate directly rather using false reports from people in your level.. Additionally be fare to your employees.

    Pros

    Its part of a larger company

    Cons

    Corporate box tickers who pretend to listen to staff needs and requests, then twist them beyond all recognition to suit their own corporate clap-trap. They made it extremely daunting for staff to report problems by smothering them with forms to fill in and endless senior management reviews. They introduced a ludicrous "points based" bonus scheme that created a twisted and at times hysterical atmosphere in the company. They encouraged staff to report any issue to them in the name of "being caring" - but this only served to create a culture of denunciation with the business. Avoid if at all possible.

    Advice to Management

    Quit.
