Negative overall experience, highly not recommended

ProsTypically higher hour lypay rate; good PTO time, provides money for continuing education

ConsPoor management, disorganized schedules, unachievable and fluctuating expectations, poor training, inconsistent and inappropriately staffed therapy department, lack of strong non-bias leadership

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to therapist’s complaints and requests; value their clinical judgment and make changes in a timely manner; increase involvement of senior management; provide training/education for continued professional growth and development within the work place
