Current Employee – been working at Schneider Electric as an intern for more than a year

Pros – Great flexibility, Innovation prone atmosphere, Great International/Local mobility and Worklife balance a little above the average.

Cons – So much bureaucracy, extreme long decisions lead time and poor career plan mainly to undergraduate ones.

Advice to Senior Management – Review the motivational matrix, benefits, salaries, more consistant career plan.
