    the compensation package is very competitive. good career advancement opportunities.

    Cons

    everyone works like hell in the company. do not expect less than 8 hours work per day or 40 hours per week.

    there ought to be a better way to manage people's vacation. most field employees have extremely high vacation balance due to operations demand
