Former Employee – worked at Sara Lee part-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Great management, really listen if you have any concerns. Included a really nice 401K package. Worked amazingly around school schedule and other job.

Cons – Nothing major, as with most jobs a larger pay raise would've been appreciated yearly but understandable for my position.

Advice to Senior Management – Sent out a lot of fax memos and kept it's employees up-to-date with current happenings in the corporation.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
