San Jose State Employee Review

I have been working at San Jose State full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Stability, great knowledgeable colleagues, laid back, there's always tomorrow.

Cons – Bureaucracy almost always gets in the way. I don't understand the union's concept of placing certain staff members in random roles, simply to retain them as paid staff members.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to students.
