Solid company but nothing spectacular

Principal Software Architect (Current Employee) Southlake, TX (US)

ProsOnce you get in it's almost impossible to get out. People stay with this company for 10, 15, 20, even 30+ years. It has been very stable environment. The work conditions are good and people are knowledgeable and professional. Good work/life balance

ConsHard to advance a career. Not many opportunities to get promoted.
