I have been working at SRA International full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Still stands on the ethics of honesty and service. Takes care of its employees and has been transparent about its standing since gone private.

Cons

Seems like its losing its charm and trying hard in this economic climate to maintain profit.

I have been working at SRA International full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

It's a job. Client work can be rewarding. Integration with client team makes one feel to be at least part of something. Some old leaders coming back which may hold some hope.

    Cons

Very poor morale. No desire to help employees - contract ends next day you are gone. No analysis of employee quality /moves to keep top performers. Non existant training program to cover the various types of clients services supposedly offered. Slashing general employee benefits (eliminating floating holidays - must use hours on the day, cut severance policy in half). Vision of federal market only is very risky and yet to be proven right. Certain leaders retained despite utter failure to deliver.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Grow the business and if you only know how to cut to show progress or save face than get out.
