Pros – The Semiconductor industry is a fast paced environment. Rudolph Technologies has adapted well to the environment by being a nimble company. Rudolph has made some good acquisitions in this time - this has allowed for some good growth opportunities.

Cons – There is a little too much of a small company feel here - by this, I mean favoritism, promotions based on individual preferences, not always based on merit. The upper management is a little too absorbed in padding their own wallets rather than looking out for the interests of the employees.

Advice to Senior Management – More focus on pure product management, focused product development. Hire and keep employees and managers who have delivered results vs. managers and employees who spend time sucking up to higher management.
