Cons – Having a different management style from the store manager can make things tricky.
All associates have to work at 100% for the business model to work. 80 associates at 100% and 1 associate at 75% and the model fails.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't trust store managers. They will lie about associates/supervisors/asms so they aren't held accountable.
