      employee discount, first to try the new gear/ first dibs on sizing.

      Cons

      push you so hard to sell and do better and never recognized when you do a good job, and no compensation for doing a good job, and it's minimum pay

      Pros

      The designers that you get to work with at Reebok are some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people you will meet in the industry. The people are the best part of the brand, and the second best part is the brand heritage. Reebok is getting back into performance, so it is an exciting time as a designer because you get exposure to a wide range of projects.

      Cons

      Nothing in particular. Commute could be long.
