      Pros

      Friends and Family Culture is the heart. Dedicated to doing great things and innovation is never frowned upon - it is encouraged. Perfect personal/work life balance. Great atmosphere. Brilliant people. Doesn't get much better.

      Cons

      I cant complain - I am very satisfied with Rackspace.

      Legacy company trying to turn around, partnership with Palantir. Joint venture with AMD

      Cons

      Poor middle management, toxic and finger-pointing based work culture. Lot of Unprofessional people. Wrong people in leadership— who are way above their head in managing 100+ sales individuals
