Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Slough, Berkshire, South East England, England (UK)
Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Slough, Berkshire, South East England, England (UK)

I have been working at RB full-time (less than an year)

Pros

There is a lot of opportunity to take on responsibility at a very early stage. There is also a great opportunity to travel and work across various brands.

Cons

There is a bad work life balance. Especially due to the awkward commute between London and Slough- lack of bars etc in Slough also mean less team bonding.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Move out of Slough

I have been working at RB full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Flexibility, openness to new modes of thinking, Good office environment, Intelligent, globalized workforce, resistance to many of the pitfalls that usually ruin Chinese workplace environments

    Cons

Lower-than-expected English proficicency in the workplace (particularly among less senior team members)... Tendency to delegate responsibilities such that difficult tasks roll down the hill to less senior team members, Long Hours, lack of formalized job training

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create more professional incentives for people lower on the ladder in terms of job title, reward people going above and beyond on a more consistent basis
