I have been working at RB

    Pros

Great career advancement opportunities (development & progression)
Broad business perspective in job roles and can make an impact at all levels
    Global opportunities
Long standing track record of growth and industry beating results
    Fast paced, quick decision making
    Empowerment & trust in people

    Cons

Not for everyone. Must be a culture fit to enjoy your time here (could be considered a positive).
Targets / expectations often border on or go beyond unrealistic
Too often taking a short term perspective
    Bonuses becoming less attainable
Staffing is too lean for the workload / expectations

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's too often about the short term, possibly driven by the bonus structure and management's desire to chase this at all costs. This puts a lot of pressure on people and the state of the market makes the payback harder to realize for the (non-executive) workforce despite their efforts.

    Approves of CEO
