I worked at PwC as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Great colleagues and good work-life balance - seniors and bosses are very understanding and never keep you OT unless absolutely necessary. Good convenient location (near KL Sentral) so close to public transport and food.

    Cons

Seniors usually don't have time to help you, especially if you go in during busy periods. Very stingy with stationery, interns and employees have to fork out for pens, pencils etc as you need "authorisation" before you can use company stationery! Also as with most other internships, a lot of time was wasted with the photocopying machine and doing my own work as there was no work for me to do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Properly assign interns to mentors - don't make us wait around for weeks waiting to meet our mentors!
