    Pros

    happy and colorful office.
    active HR. constant effort to improve the employee experience, the office facilities.
    CSR activities.
    various extra-curriculars.
    various modes to raise one's voice.
    constant effort in the area of learning and education.
    good team of partners.

    Cons

    not very good money.
    typical big 4 negatives for article students- no work-study balance, lower stipend vis-a-vis other big 4s, new policy on working hours & leaves is worse than the previous one, clients far from residence.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pls give more money, more secondments. Trainings should be more in classrooms than elearnings. Very few people actually "do" the elearns.
