Prudential Employee Review

Former Employee – worked at Prudential full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Build resume, impress people, benefits are awesome but when you don't get paid more than people at McDonalds it's hard to take advantage

Cons – Culture of blame...ZERO training now a few years ago was different but now they don't spend money on anything. Pay to get hired, pay for computer, pay for office space. Management is a mixed bag of good people struggling inside and impossible system and absolute pieces of excrement!!!

Advice to Senior Management – How about you reach into your pockets and find the money to actually support AD it's ruining the once proud Prudential name

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
